Magnetic Drive Pumps

Our magnetic drive pumps are made from high-quality metals like stainless steel and Cr-Ni alloy. Magnetic drive pumps feature a balanced magnetic field to create the rotation of the fluid impeller. Unlike traditional centrifugal pumps with direct drive connections between the impeller and motor, mag-drive pumps eliminate the direct drive mechanism and replace it with a magnetic field. The pumps are statically sealed to prevent liquids from leaking and polluting the environment. Without mechanical seals, the risk of leakage is removed. Their parameters such as the flow rate, head, and power can all be customized according to different applications. The pump casing is also static sealed so that liquids avoid contacting with the air. Our flow passage uses a special material that is resistant to heat, corrosion, and abrasion, making the pumps suitable for handling inflammable, explosive, toxic, and volatile materials. Our pumps can also heat and cool the liquids within a certain range so as to meet a variety of operating requirements.
