These magnetic drive pumps are single-stage, single suction, and operate in a horizontal orientation. They were originally developed to reduce the impact of radial and axial thrust. Axial thrust balancing allows the pumps to operate more quietly and stably. The shaft sleeve, bearing, wearable ring, and thrust ring base are all made from abrasion and heat-resistant materials like S-SiC, ultratek, or tungsten carbide. This allows the pump to handle liquids containing some non-ferrous particles. The flow passage uses Cr-Ni alloy, stainless steel, and titanium alloy so that it can transport liquids as hot as 180℃. They can be used in a wide range of industries including refinery, chemical processing, pharmaceutical and other areas. Under certain circumstances, they can serve as shielded electric pumps.
