CQB-G series magnetic drive pumps utilize samarium cobalt magnets to ensure large magnetic torque under high temperatures so that they can handle heating duties without derating and losing their magnetism. When the material is heated between 100℃ and 180℃, the pumps use air-cooling, while when the material is between 180℃ and 280℃, the pumps combine air-cooling and water-cooling to lower the temperature more quickly. This design allows the motor and bearing environment to be at a much lower temperature than the process fluid. They are suitable for hard-to-seal chemical handling applications; especially with potentially toxic, volatile, oil, acidic or alkaline liquids.
