The CQF series magnetic drive pumps are newly designed with a casing that uses a reinforced polypropylene to reduce the weight and flow passage using PTFE/FEP/PFA to prevent liquid from polluting the pump. These pumps are suitable for a various range of liquids, whether with few or no non-ferrous particles, including corrosive liquids like strong acids and alkalis. The self-heating and cooling design also allow the pumps to operate efficiently under a temperature range of -40℃ and +100℃. The internal screw will maintain its shape without generating unwanted Magnetoelectric eddy current even under a pressure of 1.2MPa. The flow passage is static sealed to ensure a safe, leak-free operation. These pumps are an ideal solution for the creation of a leak and pollution free factory, and are suitable for transferring inflammable, toxic and expensive liquids.
